Sister Dew keeps the right to send orders with any courier, following our own criteria.
Orders placed on working days before 16:00(CET) will be send on the same day. Orders placed after 16:00(CET) or on non-working days will be send the new working day.
Delivery is done in 24 hours after shipping for destinations on the Iberia peninsula and Baleares, 48 hours on Ceuta, Melilla and Canarias, 3-4 days on France, 4-5 days on the United Kingdom, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg and Germany.
Delivery periods shown on the site are estimates, Sister Dew will act with due diligence in order to respect them. Delays on deliveries by cause of third party services won’t mean order cancels or any compensation
Goods sold by Sister Dew give the customer a 14 days period of return, no questions asked. Items returned must be on mint condition, wouldn’t been washed, used, and may be inside its original packaging. Returns must be requested using the document on your “order history” inside your account once we’ve accepted the return. Return costs are on the customer side. Any return that breaks this rules will be rejected.

Sister Dew will take charge of any cost when the goods present a manufacturing defect, and the customer have followed the aforementioned indications to do the return.
No devolution will be made if the product has been used beyond the opening of the package, or if it has suffered any damage.
Devolution will be made only for the cost of the item, never for the shipping costs.
